After two years in development, the Plug-In Supply Cell Board is quite simply the best BMS cell board on the market for protecting your expensive lithium batteries. How can you tell? It's really quite simple: we build battery packs — lots of them — so we know what's needed. The other BMS suppliers don't build packs so how could they know what's really needed?

We build big, powerful lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery packs — lots of them — for our plug-in hybrid conversion systems. These packs are high power and high voltage. In fact, over 10,000 large-format lithium ion cells have gone into our battery packs. These packs are used in harsh environments and are subjected to vibration, temperature extremes, current and voltage spikes, and other electrical noise.

We tried battery management systems from many other suppliers. None of them did the job. Why? Because these companies don't build battery packs. They don't have the experience to make a cell board work and survive in a large lithium battery pack.

We combined our experience with the best minds in Silicon Valley to produce an industrial strength cell board that thrives in the harsh conditions inside a battery pack. But don't get too excited. The Plug-In Supply Cell Board is only available in Plug-In Supply battery packs and DIY plug-in conversion systems. This is to protect the new technology we've developed.
